Return Policy

Tack and Habit Online Shopping Return Policy 

-You may return most new, unused & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items must be returned to us in new condition, this includes the products original packaging. Custom pieces, treats, oral supplements & bits are not refundable.  
 
-A 10% Restocking/ Open box fee will apply to all items being returned. Items returned with damages or defected manufacture packing will receive a 20% fee. To avoid this fee, please put all returns or exchanges in appropriate packing materials such as a separate box or shipping bag. Items returned to us with shipping labels, tape, handwriting on the manufacturer's box will be automatically subject to a 20% fee.

-Shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

- Sale items are ineligible for refunds. 

-Sales are final on all custom items.  

-Refunds may take up to 30 business days after your return has been received to be processed.  
 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

-You may return most new, unused & unopened items within 2 weeks of purchasing for a full refund.  Items must be returned to us in new condition, this includes the products original packaging. Custom pieces, treats, oral supplements & bits are not refundable.  

-A 15% restocking / open box fee will apply to all products returned with damaged or defaced manufacturer packaging. To avoid this fee, please make sure that all returns have the original packaging and are unused. 


If you need to return an item, simply email us at tackandhabit@stonehousestables.com, we will happily email you shipping label.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
