IN STORE RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
No returns are to be made without a receipt
No cash refunds
Refunds may be issued to the original credit card, exchanged, or given as a store credit
Non-cash returns must be processed in the same currency issued, unless exchanged or converted into store credit
Cash purchases will be refunded as store credit only
Personal check purchases: refunds will be mailed 14 days after returned merchandise is received to allow the check to clear the bank
All items must be unused and include original packaging and tags

You may return most new, unused & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned to us in new condition, this includes the products original packaging.
Custom pieces, treats, oral supplements & bits are not refundable.
A 10% Restocking/ Open box fee will apply to all items being returned. Items returned with damages or defected manufacture packing will receive a 20% fee. To avoid this fee, please put all returns or exchanges in appropriate packing materials such as a separate box or shipping bag. Items returned to us with shipping labels, tape, handwriting on the manufacturer's box will be automatically subject to a 20% fee.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Sale items are ineligible for refunds

Refunds may take up to 30 business days after your return has been received to be processed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
